Dear friends,


Twenty years ago, Beijing Tiangao Diaphragm Compressor Co., Ltd. was founded. The original team, with nearly 10 employees, was composed of the old, the middle-aged and the young man from Beijing First General Machinery Factory. Tiangao embraces the ideal of serving the country by developing industrial and believes the truth of "a single spark can light up a prairie fire", adhering to the strategy of technological innovation and long-term development. Tiangao proudly has made significant contributions to China’s aerospace, national defense & military industry, chemical gas and other industries.


Guangdong Foran Technology Co., Ltd., Chen Ruyi, and I jointly funded and established Guangdong Foran Tiangao Fluid Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. on June 18th, 2021. Foran Tiangao has successfully transformed and upgraded from Beijing Tiangao and Chengdu Tiangao. Technology achievements that accumulated for many years will be transformed here. Tiangao has accomplished the 400MPa cylinder and servo valve pressure test and developed 300 MPa diaphragm compressor prototype. We invented the world’s first “Clamp Collar” diaphragm compressor cylinder structure and realized the historic breakthrough of cylinder fastening mode from axial to radial.


Preparing for the future, Foran Tiangao will inherit the spirit and dream of Beijing Tiangao together with the new culture and power injected by Foran Energy Group. Innovation is the stream of development. In the era of national industrial structure adjustment and the completion of basic industrialization and achieving the goal of “dual carbon”, Foran Tiangao will make more China’s FIRSTs and the world FIRSTs from happening, and would be pleased to provide premium products and prompt customer services, to respect users, to understand users, to develop together and to achieve win-win results. Foran Tiangao will never forget the original intention and mission of rejuvenating China and stick to bringing value to society and market.

MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS

Completed the development and manufacturing of the China’s largest diaphragm compressor (GL4-40/160) in the late 1980s.

Undertook the Project of Localization of Key Technologies and Equipments in the field of nuclear power in China’s 8th & 9th Five-Year Plans, and participated in the construction of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant, Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant and Pakistan Chashma Project.

Completed the development of diaphragm compressor for life support system of China’s “921” Manned Space Program, and have ensured the successful launch of Shenzhou series spaceships in Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center for many times, and won the commendation by Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center.

Completed the development of high-pressure diaphragm compressor for military vehicle on-board O2 and N2 filling (GD2-120/120-350).

Completed the development of the 75 MPa diaphragm compressor for the automobile hydrogen refueling project of Program 863 (Chinese National Programs for High Technology Research and Development) in China’s 11th Five-Year Plan.

Completed the development of the 90 MPa diaphragm compressor for the automobile hydrogen refueling project of Program 863 (Chinese National Programs for High Technology Research and Development) in China’s 12th Five-Year Plan.

Undertook the development of the 90 MPa diaphragm compressor for the automobile hydrogen refueling project of the National Science and Technology Major Project in China’s 13th Five-Year Plan.

In 2022, invented the world’s first “Clamp Collar Cylinder”, this subversive patented design changes the cylinder fastening mode from axial to radial. Tiangao has already completed cylinder and servo valve tests under 400 MPa and the 300 MPa diaphragm compressor prototype research.
